The function of the fuel transfer pump is to ensure that the diesel oil circulates in the low-pressure fuel circuit, and supply enough fuel with a certain pressure to the fuel injection pump. The fuel delivery volume shall be 3-4 times of the maximum fuel injection volume under full load. The normal applicable temperature of the oil transfer pump is within 250 ° C. If high temperature medium needs to be transported, it can be customized as high temperature type, and the applicable temperature can be within 350 ° C. It can also be customized with a thermal insulation jacket to insulate the transported high temperature medium.
The oil transfer pump is suitable for conveying without solid particles and fibers, non corrosive, temperature not higher than 250 ℃, viscosity of 5 × 10-6～1.5 × 10-3m2/s (5-1500cSt) lubricating oil or other liquids similar in nature to lubricating oil, and used in hydraulic transmission systems. Oil delivery pump flow: 1-58 m3/h. High temperature pump is suitable for conveying medium with high temperature and no impurities. It adopts mechanical seal and packing seal. It is used in plastic and rubber processing industry.

The oil transfer pump is divided into gear type oil transfer pump, diaphragm type oil transfer pump, plunger type oil transfer pump, pipeline type oil transfer pump, etc.
1. Kcb oil transfer pump
Scope of application of KCB oil transfer pump: it is applicable to the transportation of lubricating oil or other liquids with similar properties that do not contain solid particles and fibers, are non corrosive, have a temperature not higher than 150 ℃, and have a viscosity of 5~1500cst.
2. 2CY fuel transfer pump
Scope of application of 2CY oil transfer pump: 2CY oil transfer pump is applicable to the transportation of lubricating oil without solid particles and fibers, without corrosivity, with a temperature not higher than 200 ℃, viscosity of 5-1500cst or other liquids similar to lubricating oil, and is applicable to the hydraulic transmission system.

4. 2CG fuel transfer pump
2CG oil transfer pump is used for conveying and pressurizing residual oil, coal tar, landing oil, foam raw materials and additives, and is an ideal conveying and pressurizing equipment for glass, foam, building materials, chemical construction, petroleum, grain and oil industries.
5. RCB oil delivery pump
Purpose of RCB oil transfer pump: used to transport heavy oil, asphalt, rubber, resin, detergent, etc. Scope of application of RCB oil transfer pump: it is applicable to transport non corrosive, solid particle free and coagulable media at room temperature. It is especially suitable for outdoor installation in cold regions and occasions where the medium needs thermal insulation in the process. The medium temperature can reach 250 ℃ and the viscosity is 5-1500cst.
6. YCB fuel transfer pump
Scope of application of YCB oil transfer pump: the oil transfer pump is applicable to the transportation of lubricating oil or other liquids with similar properties, which do not contain solid particles and fibers, are non corrosive, have a temperature not higher than 80 ℃, and have a viscosity of 5-1500cst.
