What is a hose reel for?

As the word itself says, it is an equipment that features an hose, reel and roller guides. Thus, it is composed of two metallic and sturdy disks – generally aluminum plates – attached to a central rod or cylinder on which the hose is wrapped. Plus, a series of fittings, bolts, springs and other components.

Hose reels are useful for many applications; mainly to deliver fluids to a long distance. They are primarily used where the tank is situated away from the dispensing point to transfer fuel or AdBlue® from a central tank to another one up to 10/20 meters distances.
