The reasons why the oil pump cannot be oiled include poor assembly of the oil pump, loose shell with air entering, loose oil pipe system with air entering and air leakage, blocked oil suction pipe, etc; The solution is to correct the disassembly and installation of the oil pump, repair or replace the unsealed shell, seal the oil pipe system, and clean the blockage in the oil suction pipe.
Oil pump
(1) The rotation direction is opposite to the specified direction, the oil suction pipeline is not tight, the check valve is stuck, the sealing between the pump body and the pump cover is poor, the oil in the oil tank is insufficient, the parts of the oil pump are worn seriously, and the oil suction filter screen is blocked.
(2) Gear oil pump is a device that converts mechanical energy into oil pressure energy by means of a pair of meshing gears. It is widely used in the lubrication system of the air compressor. The fault of the oil pump in operation is generally that the oil pressure in the lubrication system decreases, and even the oil can not be injected when the situation is serious.
(3) In actual work, different treatments should be carried out according to the specific conditions. During maintenance, special attention should be paid to the sealing of the oil suction pipe and the sealing between the pump body and the pump cover of the gear oil pump. If the sealing of the suction end is poor, it means that there is air leakage at the inlet of the oil pump, causing the oil pump to empty, which will lead to the failure to pump oil.
(4) Check whether the steering of KCB gear oil pump is correct. During installation, ensure that the steering of the gear pump is consistent with the direction indicated by the steering arrow on the pump.
(5) The oil suction measuring pipeline leaks oil, and each flange and valve at the suction end of the oil delivery pump, as well as the connection between the connector and the pipeline, shall not have any air leakage.
(6) The installation position of the high-temperature oil pump exceeds the suction range requirements of the oil pump. The height between oil pump and oil tank and the distance between pipe length shall be reduced as much as possible during pipeline setting and installation.
(7) The viscosity of the oil is too high, and the speed selected for the heat transfer oil pump should match the actual viscosity of the oil. If the viscosity of the oil is too high, the speed selected for the oil pump should be reduced accordingly, but if it is too low, there will be no oil. This requires that the oil pump should be selected appropriately.
(8) The oil suction pipe is too thin or too thick. The oil suction pipe should not be too thin or too thick. It should have the same diameter as the suction inlet of the gear pump.
(9) The quality problem of the oil pump is rare, but it is not uncommon. As long as the oil pump produced by a regular manufacturer is purchased. Before delivery, each oil pump shall be carefully tested for ex factory performance, and unqualified products shall not be delivered. However, it does not rule out that some informal manufacturers save this link in order to reduce costs.
(10) The aging and deformation of the sealing ring of the oil pump will reduce the vacuum at the suction inlet.
(11) The oil filter in the oil suction pipe is blocked by foreign matters.
(12) The oil level in the oil tank is too low.
(13) When the weather temperature becomes cold, the oil forming viscosity increases after the temperature drops.
(14) The oil is dirty, and the safety valve is stuck after the oil pump is sucked in.
