1. Before installing the oil delivery pump of the diesel generator, check whether the model and specification are correct, and remove the anti-rust oil. The thickness of the selected gasket should be appropriate to prevent the piston from being blocked or running improperly due to being too thin or too thick. The tightening torque should be uniform when tightening the bolts to prevent damage to the oil pump.
2. The core of the coarse filter screen in the oil transfer pump connector is easily blocked by dirt such as cotton wool. It should be checked and cleaned frequently. The damaged filter screen must be repaired or replaced in time.
3. If there is a rubber sealing device between the hand oil pump piston and the hand oil pump body on the oil transfer pump, do not remove it at will, and replace the damaged rubber ring in time.
4. The hand oil pump must be pressed back after use, and the button shall be tightened to prevent the hand oil pump and rubber ring or the ball valve and valve seat from causing air intake or oil leakage due to loose pressure.
5. Ensure that the "four springs" of the plunger oil delivery pump have normal elasticity. "Four springs" refer to piston spring, tappet (roller) spring, oil inlet valve spring and oil outlet valve spring. If the spring elasticity is weakened or broken, it should be replaced or padded in time for adjustment.
6. Ensure that all sealing gaskets are intact, the plastic ring should not be disassembled too many times, and should be replaced regularly.
7. Some fuel transfer pumps have oil drain holes on the pump body, which are used to make a small amount of diesel leaked from the fuel transfer pump directly flow out of the pump body. Do not plug the hole to prevent diesel from entering the fuel injection pump sump to dilute the lubricating oil.
8. If there is too much diesel oil in the oil sump of the fuel injection pump, timely check whether the clearance between the piston and the pump body, the tappet and the tappet sleeve of the fuel injection pump is too large, and deal with it in time if it is too large, so as to prevent the lubrication of the internal parts of the fuel injection pump and governor due to serious diesel leakage.
9. In case of long shutdown, rust prevention measures must be taken to prevent the mating surfaces of the fuel injection pump, especially between the piston and the pump body, tappet and tappet sleeve from rusting due to water in the oil (during shutdown, replace the lubricating oil with water, diesel and other impurities in the oil sump of the fuel injection pump).
10. The injected diesel oil should be precipitated and filtered to ensure its cleanness, so as to prevent the wear of the inlet valve, outlet valve and valve seat of the fuel transfer pump from being aggravated by excessive impurities. Sometimes the oil valve of the diesel generator will even be blocked by impurities and become invalid.
